Bonita Shores is a blissful, non-gated, residential enclave posed among the very periphery that divides Naples of Collier County from Bonita Springs of Lee County. The community can be accessed from Bonita Beach Road or that of Vanderbilt Beach Drive in Naples. When the community was developed in 1953, residents generally considered this as a neighborhood of North Naples, but again, given its location, and expansion of the neighborhood over the years. many could now make the case that this is Bonita Springs neighborhood, no matter what, this is a great neighborhood with great options in single-family homes. As a non-gated neighborhood, you won’t find the typical high HOA fees, nor the cookie-cutter style of home designs. There’s a varied mix of single-family homes, some older, some newer, with all manner of floor plans, and to be sure, price points. It is is possible to find older, fixer-uppers as well as remarkable resales in wonderfully refurbished homes.
Near the Neighborhood
One aspect adding to the allure of Bonita Shores is the proximity to Gulf Beaches. From Vanderbilt Beach and Barefoot Beach to Bonita Beach and Lovers Key, residents can enjoy convenient access to these compelling coastal areas which have each captured distinction among the best beaches in all of America.
